Not satisfied with your order? Then you can return your return within 14 days of receiving your order (at your own expense) to the address below. When we receive your return shipment, the entire purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account within 7 working days.
Because we work with different sellers, it is important that you consult the return conditions of the correct shop. The seller is indicated with each product and this will also be clearly indicated when you receive your package. Do you still have questions? If we receive an item back that does not meet the return conditions below, we unfortunately cannot accept it back.
- The costs of the return shipment are for the customer.
- The order must be returned in its original packaging.
- The item must be complete and in its original condition.
- The item must not have been worn, washed or damaged.
- Be careful with make-up: an item with make-up stains will not be returned.
- Orders that fall outside the return period of 14 days will not be returned.
- Earrings may not be exchanged or returned for reasons of hygiene.
- Custom made items cannot be exchanged or returned. These are custom made.
Would you rather have a different size? Then you can return your order to the above address within 14 days of receipt. When we have received your return, the item (if in stock) will be exchanged within 10 working days. If the item is not in stock within 10 working days, we are unfortunately forced to credit the amount. You will of course be kept informed of this.
